Summary: Aqua Concepts rebuilt most of my pool (70-year-old, 20’x40’, 9’ deep maindrain, rectangular pool) from the rebar on up, replastered the pool, added new steps, pressure tested my maindrain, installed a split maindrain, and recommended a pool Startup party that I am very happy with. Time Frame: May-June 2021 (COVID time) Issues\Complaints: None My AquaConcepts contact: Chris was always available to answer my questions whether by text, phone call, or in-person visit. He did so in a timely manner. He also suggested alternate approaches and ideas that could be implemented during the rebuild. Very helpful. Background: Initially I planned only to replaster the pool. The surface looked OK except for a few “red spots” in the shallow end. Those spots turned out to be rusted rebar that had penetrated the plaster! This finding changed the entire nature of the job. AquaConcepts dug several “windows” into the plaster and it was evident that rust was widespread. To affect a reasonable rebuild price, they built a new rebar shell (say 6” above the old one), covered both rebar frames with shotcrete (at 3500 psi), bead blasted my existing tile (came out pretty good looking) and all this for half the price of a new pool (new pool of this size: 80-90k.) They also built the rebar shell for the new steps. (As I’m retired, I watched every step of the rebuild closely, asked lots of questions, and enjoyed the process)."

"John Hopkins and his Landscape West crew did a terrific job on our property. In fact, the final product turned out better than we expected. They installed new driveway and walkway pavers, artificial turf and landscaping in back yard, and lighting in front and back. John was quick to provide the initial, written estimate, and he responded promptly to our questions and requests. His workers were very meticulous about the many details of the job--cutting and placing the pavers artistically, laying the turf perfectly, designing the planters, etc. Given the considerable physical labor, the material, and the equipment involved, I believe we got our money’s worth . . . and more! We had several bids on the project and are certainly glad that we went with Landscape West—highly recommended!"

"Few months ago, we hired Eli at SES builders to do a major renovation at our house that included the kitchen, bathrooms, installation of new wood floor for the entire house on top of energy efficient double glass windows and all the doors (inside and out). We were very happy with the whole process of the work from the design stage all the way to the completion of the work. All the materials and finish products were selected by the help of Eli and he made sure always that everything will be delivered on time so the project will not get any delays. Eli is by far the most perfectionist when it comes to his work and his results are always at the highest quality. "I thought pool plumber did a pretty good job with this pump installation, up until the point I requested a receipt for the work done. The reason I asked them for a receipt was so I could turn my application in for a rebate.
First, I was put off, then, after a couple more requests - silence.

"This moving company was amazing! We had three men (Lurii, John, & Serg) help us for three hours. They were extremely fast-working and on top of things. They were also very careful moving furniture around and did not get any scratches or marks anywhere. We will definitely be using them again!
