"Our house needed a lot of important work. We wanted to add heating, but it turned into a big renovation project with the help of BaRick. We talked to different companies for ideas, and Rick was friendly, nice, and asked helpful questions. He gave us three choices (Good / Better / Best) and explained why each could work. He knew the rules of our city and had good ideas to make our plans even better. In the end, we added 400 square feet and basically rebuilt the whole house. We upgraded everything - from the roof, to plumbing, to electricity, to the outside walls. The final result looks amazing, and we love the work that was done. The project finished on time, but it cost more than we planned because of unexpected things like lead and asbestos, and extra things we wanted, like a high ceiling in the living room and improving the front of the house. Rick kept the team on track and worked hard to finish as soon as possible. I really suggest Dezign Construction - especially Rick as the project manager. He was great at keeping everything on schedule, and Courtney had fantastic ideas for how things should look inside. We're proud that our kitchen & master bathroom are on their website. I know I might not be easy to work with, because I'm a project manager and my husband is an electrician. But Rick & his team handled us well and our home is much better now."
