"This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "

When he first came out to quote the job he took the time to talk through all the options with me instead of choosing how he wanted it done (I already had the flooring and trim onsite). He gave great advice and was able to schedule the job quickly. He was very professional and kept the work area clean even during tear out of multiple layers of old cork and vinyl flooring (which was a tough job). The final install turned out amazing. He leveled the floors well and the there is no noise walking on the floor. He regularly checked in and sent pictures of how the tear and install was going. I will highly recommend him to family and friends in the future! "

"We had used Marvin before but never checked his measurements. Marvin went over to do an estimate for my fathers fence. He provided an estimate that seemed a bit off on linear feet. We went there with laser measure and found that he quoted for about 30% more fencing. We confronted him about it and in one way or another he admitted it and just said its the way it is sometimes. Whatever that means. I would highly recommend not using him or anyone he works with"
