Extremely clean and detailed, and gave multiple samples of stain options. Divided the job into 2 phases so that we could remain in the house. First phase install new floors in primary bedroom. Second phase refinished existing oak floor. The finished project turned out better than ever imagined. Gave new life to a 1990s yellow stain, and the new floors in the primary bedroom match nearly flawless. Would absolutely hire again. It will be the best decision you make with your floors, and felt so reasonable for the investment."

"This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "

I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate me on the process. I was pleased with the overall results and will be a repeat customer and recommending to family and friends."
