"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"Fuller Moving is a CA-based company that contracts with the national carrier North American Van Lines. Fuller was basically fine, with their estimate of $39,000 for a cross-country move being on the higher side. The problems occurred, however, once our belongings were transferred to North American. They were horrible. They arrived a week late, had obvsiouly tossed around our belongings like beach balls, breaking and damaging many items, and using a non A/C truck that almost killed the guys who had to unload it (a local delivery crew here in RI) on the 95 degree day."
