He also looked at the backyard doors and recommended that we replace them and provided several suggestions on metal doors with automatic wifi controlled locks. Then he provided a written estimate and I got 4 additional bids for the same scope. He wasn't the cheapest but he was most thorough in his estimates. The workmanship was very good as well.
