The second was to replace a section of my roof that was leaking and remove a stove and replace with a sun tunnel. Again, some delays in scheduling, but it was close to the holidays. The work was very good though a little pricey - but what isn't these days."

Our Project Manager, Phil, gave us an honest assessment of the boards that needed repair or replacement, and also pointed out areas we could treat and paint so that dry rot would not occur there in the future. He noticed the gutter overflow problem on the side of our house and recommended gutter guards and a new downspout installation to better accommodate heavy rain. Several crews came out and did the repairs. Brandon, Jorge, and Taylor did the gutter work, with Tony and Mike handling the dry rot repairs.
