"After discussing the company's last visit to our home and the translation issues we encountered prior to hiring them again, LEE's HVAC showed me they want my business.  The contractors were professional and they took every measure to ensure the job was done right. 
It's not easy finding a small service business and sometimes you have to experience not so qualified company's or unprofessional in the way they perform their jobs.  We had a problem with in hiring Lee's a few weeks ago, but after talking to someone DIRECTLY affected by a lost customer or a possible new one, it seems the misunderstanding was based on incorrect information passed along.
In any case, we were able to get our unit serviced and inspected for the summer, but what WE GOT was much more.  The contractors were respectful and professional and the job they did was thorough.  This is the basis of doing business and of hiring a service company to do business with and anything less should be discussed with the people that speak for the company.  I am glad my business was important to Lee's, because in Fresno, if you don't live in the parameters or area's that have money growing in tree's, it can be difficult to find Responsible Small Service Businesses to hire.

"Mega Power was great! I hired them to go solar on my house and the solar analyst that came out was very helpful from day one. He was not just simply a sales guy he gave me his personal cell phone that I was able to call anytime if I had questions or wanted updates about my project.
My project was about 6 kW and consisted of 22 panels, each panel was 275 Watts. What I loved about these guys is that all the products they installed were American made products, warrantied for 25 years! "Ezra at Landmark construction energy crew is a perfect company in my book! I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"They were overbooked and told me that they were unable to send someone the morning that I scheduled the installation.  Later that day they were able to send someone to hang the lights.  The 2 man team that they sent were very professional and quick.  They were able to hang the lights from my 2nd story roof in less than an hour and a half.  I would definitely use again!

" Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character.  He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working.  I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly.  Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet.  Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out.  That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp.  Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years!  Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire.  The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. 
What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work.  He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work.  His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction.  One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer.  I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described.  I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there.  I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there.  I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon.

"They sell to you a filter to your furnace that is metal that is supposed to be a strong benefit over the throw away kind. This is kind of controversial. You have to take it out and hose it down. I stopped using it on the advice of my air conditioning installer."
