They did an excellent job fixing it and can't tell they had to cut a larger whole in the shower wall to fix the pipe that leaked.

Very well. We thought we had a water leak causing a sink hole. Quik Rooter came out very quickly, dug up the area in question, found no leaks, and repaired the damaged area. All in less than 2 hrs.

The guy was nice and I am sure he would have done whatever I asked and he may have just been trying to help keep my bill down. Anyway, my problem was solved.

This company is awesome. We called them Friday Late morning and he gave me a price right on the phone. The price was very reasonable. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. He moved his entire schedule around and drove all the way to Terra Bella to make sure the job was done that day. He did not even add an emergency service fee or a fuel fee. He was so good we had him install our new toilet for a nominal additional charge and we could not be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention quick. I would recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone else who needs a plumber.

It was alright but it was awfully expensive for the time they were here. Probably a lot of it was the fact that it was after-hours. They were prompt and they were polite, but it was a lot of money. He just assumed that the line needed to be replaced. He didn't even have a camera down that line. They were out here in no time and they were very kind.

He worked quickly, professionally and courteously.  I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

Arrived later than scheduled, but called to keep me appraised of the situation.  He did work that other plumbers had told me was IMPOSSIBLE and fixed a leak that has plagued us for over 9 years.

In the end they left the work area just as they found. We were very pleased with Scott and Tina's workmanship and their friendliness. We highly recommend Quik-Rooter .

Wife found a leak under the master bath sink...i saw a leak from under the siding on the outside wall in the same place. I removed drywall under the sink, couldn't find the leak, and a small bit of siding outside and still couldn't find the leak. Called Quik Rooter, they searched from under the sink upward and from the attic downward and found it about 6 feet up inside the wall. They dried to pull the old copper pipe in one motion up through the attic to avoid putting more holes in the drywall but couldn't. When they opened the wall, they found a hole from a previous patch job (previous home owner) that hadn't been done correctly and the couplings that were used were preventing the copper pipe from being pulled up past the strapping and into the attic. They replaced the copper with a new poly flex tubing and all is better than new. They were quick, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Price was a bit high but competitive to others in the area, especially for a short notice job.

I had a complete stoppage of three drains in the house. It was a Saturday and I called three companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service and got an answering service after extended wait times. Each time I was told that someone would call me back. Now 24 hours later i have not received any call backs. I called Quik-Rooter and live, courteous knowledgeable lady answered immediately. I described my problem and she said she would send someone out. 15 minutes later I received a call from Edgar telling me that he was on a call and had two more ahead of me and would be here around 1:00 PM. At 1:20 PM he arrived, very neatly dressed with a clean, well organized vehicle and equipment. He had my stopped up drains cleared in about 15 minutes then proceeded to rout out the remaining drains that he determined to be partially blocked at no additional charge. All the while he was giving me tips on how perform preventive maintenance on my entire system right down to the septic tank. He said that performing this routine maintenance would prevent me from ever having anymore problems. I am amazed that this company has technicians at work 24/7, not just "on call" and they are incredibly neat, courteous and professional in every respect.
