I was raised joining him on construction sites and gained valuable home maintenance skills as well as an old school work ethic. \n\nI have 10+ years of cleaning experience, from move-out cleans of federal employee apartments, to re-occurring, general and deep cleans to all kinds of clients. I've worked as a groundskeeper taking care of a 140 unit mobile home community maintaining yards and public areas. I've maintained trails and cleared brush for the Forest Service and love any opportunity to be outside.\n\nWhether it be cleaning your home, maintaining your yard, or you have a random household chore/task needing to be taken care of, I can do it. If it has to do with your home, whether inside or out, I can help.

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
