After a surprise need for a roof replacement I did a lot, a lot, of research. I think I took 5 bids that varied between $12,000 - $30,000. It took months to decide and get financing. Ryan Smith came out early on in my bid process and offered me a roof replacement for a little over the lowest bid, using a superior product and including the cost of dry rot, other problems that might be found and a complete replacement of my old, old fascia. I read his reviews, looked at his work, listened to him carefully when he gave me tips on questions to ask contractors. I learned a lot. He honored his original estimate even after months of me taking bids and securing financing. When I was ready they had me lined up within 2 weeks. The, absolutely gorgeous roof was finished in 3 days. They operate like a well oiled machine and there was nothing for me to do than my final inspection and cutting a check. Ryan is a blast and offers so much more than top quality roofing. He includes a lot of things that other roofers don't in the price. Everyday they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving things better than they were. The crew was amazing and I love our new, high quality roof. Thank you Smiths Roofing!

Smith's roofing was very professional. We were told the estimate and that the price would not change even if they found something unexpected. They were true to their word. The damage was much more extensive than expected but we paid only the amount of the estimate. It also took them twice the amount of estimated time so I know they ate a lot of the cost. Ryan Smith sent me pictures to show me the extent of the work. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were satisfied. The day they finished we left to go out of town. I stressed how important it was they lock the gate when they were done. Ryan texted me a picture to prove they locked the gate. That gave me peace of mind. It also made me feel he cared about us as individuals. I highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

We were very happy with the work done by Smith's Roofing. Ryan Smith (the owner) was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the work was of the highest quality. They finished the roof on our 2400 square ft. home in 10 days, much sooner than other contractors hired by our neighbors. They always cleaned the entire area before leaving each day. I feel that their price was fair for the quality of work that was done. I would recommend Smith's Roofing for any type of roofing job.

Smith's Roofing did an excellent job with removing our old roof and installing a new one. The owner of the company, Ryan, came to the house and met with us and gave us a very professional presentation on what his company could do for us. Everything he said he would do, they did and the entire job was completed in 3 days. The owner followed up with us during the project and kept us informed on the things we should know.  His crew was awesome, hard working and very professional. I would definetly recommend them and will use them for any future roofing needs.

Dee have remodeled a home in springville. Durning this remodel we have dealt with many contractors, some better than others. I am a perfectionist by trade (medicine) and really appreciate those whom take their work and practice seriously. Smiths roofing was excellent in every way. No higher recommendation can be given by me or my wife. Not only did smiths keep up with the new roofing guidlines required by title 24, they where willing to use gaf timberline cool series, upon my recommendation. Btw if you need to meet the new guidelines the timberline series is the best cost/quality you can get, and avoid that ugly white roof. The roof is beautiful, cost was perfect. He was understanding when I lost my credit card, and had to wait for payment until my new card arrived. If you live in Springville your options are limited, but with smiths roofing available to you you won't be disappointed.

The job was completely finished in two days.  They did an excellent job ... very professional, efficient and thorough.  Clean-up was exceptional ... yard was left neater than when they started.

Fixed all roof vents that were leaking.  It rained two days later and I inspected my attic.  No more leaks.  Fixed my rain gutters as well for no extra charge.  Good company.

The whole crew was courteous and professional.  Clean up was excellent.
