"I used this company to get my HVAC repair via AHS. Their technician has no clue about my 20SEER state of the art, latest Rheem Heat pump. Rather than owning their ignorance, they decided to work on it and screwed it even more. After the next recall, they reported to the AHS that someone else has yanked a wire and for the reason, AHS refused to cover the repair. There was no one other than this company who worked on my furnace and went to the attic. Both the time when this company arrived, me or my wife was present physically and they never mention anything to us or showed us anything but reported something totally different to AHS. So it was too shocking and I have to pay another company finally to get their bad work fixed. So not only highly unprofessional and at the same time dishonest."
