"Pete was very good fixing the problem. The pull chain broke off inside the unit. I took it apart and tried to fix it myself, but was not able to get to the unit with the chain....so much for being a home mechanic! Pete made one short stop here to get the unit apart. He didn't have a replacement part with him, and to save time I went to Fan Diego store for the replacement, and he installed it on another visit a few days later. Problem solved. He is very friendly and worked well. I am having him back soon to repair another ceiling fan that has quit working.

It was so cheap that I thought I'd give it a try and maybe we could get some insight into ways to make our house more energy efficient, it's already pretty efficient, and the option that they offered was just cost prohibitive. So honestly, I thought that it was more of an opportunity to get a qualified lead to sell their service to. But we did get some artefacts, and for the money I suppose that was worth it."
