"Lorenzo G I Interviewed at least four companies in regarding my pool renovation. Wes was very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. All his subcontractors were very professional and clean. We went from white Plaster to mini pebble, replaced our tile on our raised wall with ledger Stone and did new waterline tile. My wife and I are very happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend liquid renovations."

"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small.
Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

"I highly recommend Steve and his crew at O.C Pool Technicians. They are professional and a pleasure to do business with. They were very flexible with any changes I wanted to make and always had time to answer my questions. He came up with a plan to fit my budget and there were no unexpected extra costs. "They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."

Pool Construction and Installation FAQs, answered by experts

To hire a land surveyor, you need to start by searching online for reputable professionals in your area. Here are a few steps to take when making a shortlist:

  • Browse land surveyor service website

  • Check credentials

  • Read customer reviews

  • Find their contact information

  • Call or email to inquire about more information

  • Ask how far they travel, if you’re some distance away

  • Find out how they charge for their services

  • Ask about schedule and turnaround times

  • Repeat these steps for one to two other services and compare pricing

When planning for land survey costs, you should consider the following elements as major contributors to the overall cost:

  • Size of your property in terms of acres or square feet

  • Complexity of the terrain in terms of hills, elevation changes, rocks, water, and other features

  • Type of survey you need (boundary survey, topographic survey, or a combination of survey types)

  • Distance traveled for the professional surveyor

Consultation with the local government helps identify necessary permits, avoid project delays or legal issues, and protect project integrity.

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.

While concrete walls do not need to "breathe" in the traditional sense of the word, they do require waterproofing and dehumidifying methods, particularly in basements below the water table. Concrete both contains moisture from its initial installation and can absorb water when exposed. Ensuring proper basement ventilation , installing a vapor barrier, and controlling water exposure are all important tasks.
