"SBL did a fantastic rebuild of our 45 year old pool! Everything went exactly to plan and Sal, the owner, was always available by text or phone to confirm schedules, etc. He was of great assistance in helping us select a beautiful Italian tile out of many, many choices. The pool looks wonderful. His crews always showed up as scheduled and were professional and friendly. Our agreed upon price was maintained. We are totally pleased with the work done by SBL Pools and recommend them without reservation. If any new work comes up regarding changes to the pool, they will be our first (and only) call! Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

A professional land surveyor ensures accurate property boundaries and prevent legal disputes.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

Above all, the downside to building a new house is a longer timeline. You need several months to finish the build, depending on the supply chain and labor availability in the meantime. Building a home compared to buying one is also more expensive, both in the building process and when it comes to mortgage rates and property taxes.

While concrete walls do not need to "breathe" in the traditional sense of the word, they do require waterproofing and dehumidifying methods, particularly in basements below the water table. Concrete both contains moisture from its initial installation and can absorb water when exposed. Ensuring proper basement ventilation , installing a vapor barrier, and controlling water exposure are all important tasks.

Construction typically takes 3-6 months, including site preparation and assembly.
