I live out of state and OKC Home Realty Manages a Home for me. I truly appreciate Scott and his team at OKC, they thoroughly vet their prospective renters have repairs done quickly and are always available to answer any questions I may have. They take excellent care of my property so that I don’t have to be concerned about it at all. I am so glad I chose OKC Home Realty Services.

I have owned income property for many years. I moved to OKC Home Realty Services LLC more than 6 years ago and have NEVER had a better management company. They currently manage 7 units/properties for me and I am an out-of-state property owner (California). They communicate any property issues immediately; do everything they can to saving money on maintenance and repairs; tenants are replaced extremely quickly; and any tenant issues promptly resolved. Their online financial reporting system is great and property owners are paid on time every month.
