"We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. "Tom came out and quoted the project, and promptly came back in less than a week to complete the job. His knowledge about construction and standards were just what I needed. My hot water heater door was an exterior door that required venting, and Tom made a return trip to install the grate, and wouldn’t charge me, even though I felt it wasn’t fair to Tom.
