"Tom came out and quoted the project, and promptly came back in less than a week to complete the job. His knowledge about construction and standards were just what I needed. My hot water heater door was an exterior door that required venting, and Tom made a return trip to install the grate, and wouldn’t charge me, even though I felt it wasn’t fair to Tom.
