Eric John Walters Contracting, dba Pool Power, has built a reputation for quality work with each satisfied customer. PLEASE READ: We offer a great range of in-ground swimming pool and spa services: in recent years especially, however, many manufacturers have made their products PROPRIETARY, so they can harvest ongoing/future business (such as replacement parts) without competition. This has the unfortunate effect of lowering quality and innovation in favor of repeat sales. Due to this fact, we must EXCLUDE the following work offerings: (1) ABOVE-GROUND/PORTABLE SPAS: (2) POWERED/AUTOMATIC POOL COVERS: (3) SOLAR POOL HEATING SYSTEMS: and ABOVE-GROUND/PLASTIC-LINED or TEMPORARY POOLS. Please note we do not re-plaster or re-coat in-ground pools. Eric was a Godsend for me. As a single senior living in a rural area he responded to my request quickly when my pool pump motor stopped working as well as my pool heater. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable and most of all, patient (and honest) when answering my questions. Will be referring my friends with pools to use his service.

Very quick phone response. He asked specific questions about the problem I was having with my pool pump/sweep in order to have what he needed to fix the problem. He arrived on time, and was very professional. He fixed the problem in a timely manner without over selling products I didn t need. In fact, he gave me information on how to save money in the future. Eric came out and determined the problem was clogged lines and cleared them with the jet hose adapter. I think that is the reason we have been having problems with the pool since we moved in over 7 years ago. He definitely knows what he is doing. We have had numerous companies come out for repair/service and never had the PSI on the filters under 10. Its consistently under 5 PSI now. Hopefully we will have a clean and clear pool forever. Eric also removed a Pool Frog that he said also gives pools a lot of problems. Great guy that knows his stuff, does good work has competitive pricing and also gave me discount for being a veteran.

In late June, 2018, we hired Eric to do an inspection on our pool pump and also to put in two LED light systems where our regular lights USED to be!!! I had read, from previous people's reviews that Eric was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about pools and we DEFINITELY found that to be the case!!! Not ONLY did he seem to know EVERYTHING about pools, he explained EVERYTHING to us on how it worked, as well!!! We also found him to be honest, friendly, polite and EXTREMELY easy to work with!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Eric to ANYONE who needs service and/or work done on their pool or spa and we will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Eric IF we have ANY pool problems in the future!!! He was very descriptive of what he can and cannot do certification wise, he was still willing to look and see what he was able to do. Very professional, attentive and helpful. Some what versed in speaking Spanish. He does charge by the hour including travel time.

Eric is a great person he makes you feel comfortable and no sales pitches just helpful information on the project. He was willing to rush the project and accomplished what no one else would have even attempted. If you are considering Eric I guarantee you will not be disappointed in his service. In this crazy world and rush rush mentality Eric was a genuine person who cares about his work quality and customer satisfaction. Awesome person
