"I called Rocksteady Plumbing, and I was DESPERATE! They were very professional, understanding, helpful and actually calmed me down. Depending on your plumbing situation, each case is unique, and my particular case was labor intensive. They not only guided me through the process, but worked with my insurance. Prices are reasonable & they are available 24/7. Cameron Stumbo, was my assigned plumber for 2 full days and he remained calm, professional, & determined to complete the difficult plumbing project. He even took the time, to explain where the faulty plumbing had gone wrong along with a full explanation of what the parts/labor would be that way there’d be no surprises. Cameron, went above and beyond, even as he worked underneath the house, in the crawl space, and pointed out issues to me. I partially entered the crawl space to see what his exact working conditions were and its insane to work in such limited space. I have very much respect ✊ for Cameron/Rocksteady Plumbing, trust their professional work and I will only recommend Rocksteady Plumbing to my family, friends, & real estate clients. "My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
