I called Rocksteady Plumbing, and I was DESPERATE! They were very professional, understanding, helpful and actually calmed me down. Depending on your plumbing situation, each case is unique, and my particular case was labor intensive. They not only guided me through the process, but worked with my insurance. Prices are reasonable & they are available 24/7. Cameron Stumbo, was my assigned plumber for 2 full days and he remained calm, professional, & determined to complete the difficult plumbing project. He even took the time, to explain where the faulty plumbing had gone wrong along with a full explanation of what the parts/labor would be that way there’d be no surprises. Cameron, went above and beyond, even as he worked underneath the house, in the crawl space, and pointed out issues to me. I partially entered the crawl space to see what his exact working conditions were and its insane to work in such limited space. I have very much respect ✊ for Cameron/Rocksteady Plumbing, trust their professional work and I will only recommend Rocksteady Plumbing to my family, friends, & real estate clients. THANK YOU ROCKSTEADY PLUMBING ?!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

He did a great job and it was a complicated procedure. He had to do a lot of extra work because he had to remove about 30 lug nuts to remove the door to get the old water heater out. He is very responsive and reliable, I called him on Monday and he was there on Tuesday. Unless he is the middle of a project, he always answers his phone and he is very accessible. I've used him several times since 2011.

"The customer seemed very happy and satisfied with the work done and even booked a second call for another shower valve replacement before the plumber left the site. Days later, the customer called explaining that there wasn't room in their budget to perform the additional work but gave no indication of being unhappy with the work done earlier. The job in question required replacing a faulty Delta shower valve with a new valve, which was supplied by the customer. The job was completed in 2 hours and billed per hour. The customer complimented the quality and cleanliness of the work after the job was finished. The entire bill for the replacement of a failed shower valve, with all work done in type L copper tubing with copper and brass fittings, was less than $240. The work area was protected with a carpet mat during the entire repair. The area was then cleaned up after the plumbing repair was completed and tested to ensure there were no leaks present. A new tub waste overflow plate was also installed at no charge."

He worked very diligently from beginning to end, and wasted no time. He cleaned up, leaving no mess or residue. At this writing, the system works well, without any problems.

During a storm the pilot light in our water heater in the garage went out and we couldn't get it re-lit. We called Paul and he offered to come out that night, but we told him it was okay to wait until the next day. He showed up on time and was clean, polite and professional. We will use him again if we have other plumbing problems and would recommend him highly.

Great Service! I was frantic when I found my water heater was leaking and had soaked into the carpet. I was pleased with the quick and courteous response - they were able to help me within an hour of my calling for service. I was also pleased that they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and that the final charge was not over the estimated price. The plumber himself was professional, yet easy to talk to. Very clean and tidy, he didn't leave any mess and his work looked clean and professional. I know I will be calling them again if I have any more plumbing problems.
