I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! And to top it off, they even helped clean up the flood in my bathroom when my stupid brother turned the main water back on while they were in the middle of the repair. (Oy.) Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots.
