"I hired Perez Painting to paint the interior of my rental unit (condo). They did a great job and the pricing was fair. Everyone from the painters (Jorge and Marco) to the secretary (Hillary) was helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were accommodating to my schedule which was really helpful since I live 45 minutes away from the unit. I even felt safe enough to leave them with a set of keys to the unit since I couldn’t be there to let them in each day. Lastly, they finished a day ahead of schedule and my rental looks amazing!! Project Manager Jay was involved throughout the project, checking on progress and quality. Foreman Art and his crew did an amazing job of meticulous prep and cleanup as well as beautiful painting technique. It's scary hiring someone to do that big of a job and not knowing for sure how it's going to turn out. I'm so happy I found Sanchez Painting, because everything was done so well. "From the first phone call to the office to get an estimate, to when the estimator came out to bid the job, to when the Forman came out to confirm the work that needed to be done, to the first day the crew showed up to start the job the process was professional and smooth. I would not only recommend Foothill Painting, I would use them again! I was very happy with the attention to detail and the good job Foothill Painting did. The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! (rare these days) As with any large job there will be things you notice a week or two later that need to be touched up. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. Not only was everything done to my expectations, it was done with a smile and great attitude! Foothill Painting-Highly Recommended!!!"
