"The crew and owner showed up on the scheduled Monday and we went over the details for the exterior painting or our house. Then the house was power washed and trenches were dug and patching of the stucco completed. It was a cool day, so they worked till noon then left to let the patching dry. Tuesday the crew showed up on time again, sanded and began the painting of the stucco. There was a discrepancy on the type of paint for the job, so we contacted Marty (the owner) and he took back the paint and got the better paint recommended by the paint store for out west-facing house. Wed and Thurs...sanding and painting trim. Friday, I went over our "punch list" with Marty and the crew and they finished up the out-buildings, patio cover, large sliding door, touch up spots and our front door...which needed four coats of paint. The crew left at noon after cleaning and sweeping and Marty came in the afternoon (per our request) to go over the job and receive payment. Excellent job! We have already handed out all the business cards to neighbors who stopped by to admire the work!

"Brad arrived on time. He was very thorough; walked through the house taking notes. More is involved in removing this type of ceiling than I was aware of. He explained the steps. He did not give an estimate on the spot; he emailed estimate two days later. I was not happy that the job would take 4 days. I am looking into getting other estimates before I reach decision."

"We did a pretty major remodel (kitchen, bathroom, remove a weight-bearing wall, etc.) and we’re pretty nervous going in to it. BGB and Nir were really great at helping us navigate through the whole process. From design decisions to fixtures to appliances, they helped us choose without pressuring us and communicated regularly about schedules and expectations. Also, they were always available and immediately responsive when we had questions or needs. There were no hidden charges and everything was up front. "Working with ?All About Paint? to have the exterior of our home painted was a great experience. They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. They were on-time every morning and were meticulous about masking everything, and not getting over-spray or spilling paint on anything. The house looks great, and I will definitely use them again. My neighbor was so impressed with their work, that he hired ?All About Paint? to paint his house the following week.

"The remodel went very well. They were responsive, kept to their schedule and the finished product looks great. When issues arose, they worked with us and were committed to getting us what we wanted. The job did run a little over budget because they demo'd out a set of cabinets in a connecting laundry room that we ultimately wouldn't have replaced. They were very open to how to make it right, and ultimately we found a balanced solution that was fair to everybody. We didn't have a lot of change orders, but what we did ask about was quoted at a rate that seemed a little high to me, so if you think you may do any extras, be sure to get that quoted up-front. Additionally, while the finished product  ultimately ended up looking great, you will have to be vigilant to be sure there aren't any cut corners on the finishing work. There were a few times that things needed to be redone, but they did that with no complaints and an obvious desire to see the customer made happy.
