The foremen, Elvis explained every detail whenever we had questions or requests. Allen, Gochi, and Ozzy showed up everyday with professionalism and care. The whole team is trustworthy and relatable. I will NOT use any other painting/stucco/interior/exterior specialist for any future project. The care and detail the team provided went above and beyond. WORTH every penny! "I hired Perez Painting to paint the interior of my rental unit (condo). They did a great job and the pricing was fair. Everyone from the painters (Jorge and Marco) to the secretary (Hillary) was helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were accommodating to my schedule which was really helpful since I live 45 minutes away from the unit. He installed two full bathrooms, complete with shower and tub surrounds, plumbing fixtures, vanities and mirrors. Additionally, he refinished the kitchen cabinets, installed recessed lighting, ceiling fans and a wall unit, and painted both the interior and exterior of the house along with all new hardware and fixtures. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and it was all completed on schedule."

Job was completed in 2 days as promised and everything was left neat and clean. All surfaces to be painted as well as my garage door was power washed.
