They were very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure things were as we needed them to be in both the removal and in returning stage. We have some heavy items, some quite old and cherished by our family. Great care was taken to remove our furniture and also to restore it all exactly as it was. Also they are fast, and the time for labor we were charged for was extremely fair because they worked so hard to get it handled as quickly as possible. Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

The actual moving itseld went very well, there wes some light damage and they did not provide me with any follow up information about fixing the said damage. They overcharged me $597 which is equal to almost 30% of what they quoted. Finally, they also have not returned my phone calls so the charges would be rectified.
