Do not trust Next Stop Relocation. I hired them to move my belongings from California to North Carolina. They promised their own team would handle everything, but instead, they handed my move off to third-party companies I had never heard of (Flash Move Experts and Ayman Moving & Storage) without my consent. I was charged an extra $1,000 for ?additional boxes? that never arrived. Two expensive LG OLED TVs were destroyed?packed in bed comforters instead of proper materials?and 11+ boxes, a desk, and a vacuum never showed up. I never received a single update on where those items went. The response? A $254.40 settlement offer?only if I agreed never to post negative reviews or speak publicly. I refused. If you're still considering this company, buy full insurance coverage?their base coverage is a joke. This was a bait-and-switch, and one of the most unprofessional, frustrating experiences I?ve ever had.
