"David was great. He contacted me quickly once I posted a message request and we set a date to meet the next day. He understood immediately what my needs and concerns were. I needed to have the project done before the end of the week and he accommodated me on that with no problem. He was also flexible in that I could not be around to watch the progress so he sent me pictures over the next 2-3 showing me his work . David was very thorough, explaining everything at our initial meeting and as he went. He did a nice job, finished it well within the time promised and left a clean work area. I could not be happier. I would definitely call him in future for other construction needs."

"I've been working on an outdoor entertaining space in our backyard for literally years.  Designing, drawing, getting quotes, redesigning, budgeting, etc.  I could never quite get it right because of some unfortunate property limitations.  Then last December I found a photo on Pinterest of a bbq and entertainment area shaded by a custom-shaped canvas patio roof structure that curved around trees and then angled perfectly into a weirdly shaped space.  It completely opened my mind to entirely different possibilities for this project on which I was paralyzed.  The photo linked back to Superior Awning, so I called them and they sent out a man right away who knew everything about the exact project in the photo.  He offered a few different ideas for our difficult space, all of which were revelations!  My partner and I worked with his drawings, chose one and kick-started the project back into gear.  It's nearly finished now and shaded with our own perfectly made-to-order canvas patio cover in an exquisitely textured fabric that glows like candlelight underneath.  Superior Awning did a beautiful job with the installation and we're incredibly grateful for the design ideas.  Highly recommended.

"Did a great job. Original fabric awning came from another company, so I thought the holes that were drilled for the frame would not match up. Turns out they figured a way to hang the awning using the existing holes in the stucco. Anyway, its been several months and several rain storms and they look great. They were not the cheapest, but after talking to other providers that either were either slow to respond or were not sure about covering up existing awning holes, I went with Accent. I was a little surprised about the 50% requirement up front before work begins (apparently California State Law for only 10% down is for larger jobs). Anyway knowing that Accent has been in business for a long time gave me confidence that they would probably do the best job on a timely basis."

"Hector and his crew performed wonderfully. Productive, efficient and professional work. When we were plagued with a malodorous and potentially explosive natural gas leak beneath our concrete patio Hector and his crew surgically removed a portion of the previously decorated concrete slab, exposing a rotted gas line. Once the piping repairs were done by our gas fitter, Hector and Co. returned and reassembled a jigsaw of 18 pieces of concrete, some weighing in excess of 200 pounds I would reckon, which they leveled and aligned with such a superior degree of accuracy and precision typically associated with the legendary craftsmanship of the Mayans or Egyptians of antiquity. We could not be happier."

"Hector is very creative with his designs We hired him to landscape both our front and back, including concrete patios and steps. . His work exceeded our expectations. Good quality for the money. He goes to great lengths to provide good customer service. We highly recommend him. He has a lot of pride in his work."

"I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get the awnings.  Only took three weeks.  The installers were on time and installed the awnings without any problems.

"I had a great experience working with this landscape designer. They were able to take my ideas and turn them into a beautiful, functional outdoor space. The team was professional, friendly, and the end result is stunning."

"After months of trying to find the right landscaper who could meet the needs and support our vision of an entertainerâ s backyard, we found Elâ s Landscape on Yelp. Their stellar reputation is known in Coachella Valley as evident in their reviews. We totally agree with all of the other reviews and recommend them across Riverside County. Their work ethic, attention to detail, team and time management is nothing short of outstanding. - Emmanuel is responsive from the moment you reach out and he listens carefully to his clients. - He creates and develops a professional plan that aligns and optimizes your space. - His contract and phases are clearly laid out, his pricing is fair, totally reasonable and the timeline ideal, not aggressive and communicates with you throughout the process. -Details.Details.Details. They did not leave one stone uncovered... Literally. From the rock choices to cactus type, to the light wattage down to ensuring your turf color matches, Emmanuel was collaborative and educated us on the ideal choicesâ even providing multiple samples to compare and contrast so we captured a look similar to our travels to Mexico. Our pictures speak for themselves and plants were hand-picked by Emmanuel. Take note: Yucca rostrata (atop pool), Giant hesperaloe, Golden barrel cactus, Mexican fence post (lit up), Shark skin agaves, Agave parryi, Red yucca, ocotillos, nopales and 2 Olive trees (corners.) We give Elâ s landscape our highest recommendation and look forward to seeing his work prominently across any high-end boutique hotel to any mid-century modern home. He created the backyard of our dreams so much so every morning we wake up, itâ s as if we are on vacation. Thank you Emmanuel and Team! PS - You can visit our backyard anytime to see for yourself - itâ s magazine worthy (even the neighbors say so!)"

"Our story begins in 2013 when David Kain of Sunboss contracted to do a renovation of our property in Dana Point consisting of a two story exterior deck & patio adding 25% outdoor living space. This project was completed on time and at budget with excellent results. In 2024 we decided to add motorized screens to our downstairs patio as a recreation room. Although we had competing bids, Suboss was our first choice for this project due to their past performance and competitive pricing. It turned out even better than we anticipated. They have great people and attention to details. You will not find a more professional company to work with than Sunboss Rooms and Bath."

"I wish I could give this company a wonderful review. But, that is not going to be the case. Our System Pavers salesman, Mr. Mike Ammenwerth, took care of drawing up the plans. He was nice enough... However, communicating with him afterward was, in fact, a challenge in itself. We signed the contract for our Paver project, which included Pergola Patio Cover, which turned out to be a separate project. We were assigned a couple of *project managers*... First, it was Beau Johnston, the Repair Technician, who had to be pulled off the job, then it was Mr. Zakk Schot who ended up being our primary point-of-contact for the majority of the project. We also had interaction with the company Contraction Manager, Mr. Frank Gori. All in all... Communication was spotty at best throughout this experience (with the exception of dealing with Zakk). The Pergola patio cover became an issue as time went on. We advised Mike Ammenwerth that we wanted additional shade than we were receiving from our existing wooden patio cover. Mike told us *no problem* and recommended the Pergola. Well, the Pergola, once it was installed, sat higher (taller) with a less angle and, frankly, provided less shade (or really no shade) when we compared it to our old patio cover. It is attractive looking without question... However, now we have to install roll down shades to the sides and front of our beautiful patio cover. Not what we expected at all. Our patio cover faces to the South. So... Be very much aware of which side of the house YOU intend on the installation of the very same product. Had I done more research on companies that perform this very same type of service, I would have saved myself a heck of a lot of money. System Pavers profit markup is outrageous (I found out after-the-fact). The company itself only hires subcontractors for their work. The paver subcontractor (Mr. Rozival Sousa of Paver Performance, Lic #1060961) asked me what I paid for our paving contract... He gave me a *look*, then told me that he could have done it for half the price with the very same material and guarantees. Lesson learned. This company depends on the ignorance of the client. The subcontractor, and his team, did a reasonably nice job with our paving project. However, they were very sloppy with the concrete residue left behind on all edges of the paver boundaries. They also left lots of rock and sand that we had to clean up. We filled 3 large trash cans and still had more to go. Some sprinkler pipes were broken as well... However, those were repaired. For the price I (we) paid for this construction project, I certainly expected more attention to detail when it was all said and done. Would recommend this company to someone else? Probably not. Do your research! More importantly, take several bids from various companies. You will eventually discover that System Pavers is way overpriced."
