"David was great. He contacted me quickly once I posted a message request and we set a date to meet the next day. He understood immediately what my needs and concerns were. I needed to have the project done before the end of the week and he accommodated me on that with no problem. He was also flexible in that I could not be around to watch the progress so he sent me pictures over the next 2-3 showing me his work . David was very thorough, explaining everything at our initial meeting and as he went. He did a nice job, finished it well within the time promised and left a clean work area. I could not be happier. I would definitely call him in future for other construction needs."

"Hector and his crew did an incredible job in transforming our backyard from a sand pit to a beautiful desert oasis. Shortly after his crew finished their work, the first hummingbird arrived to inspect all the colorful new flowers! We are so very pleased with the results and are looking forward to enjoying the yard, whether sitting outdoors or viewing it from the inside the house. Hector was very easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, and designed the perfect back yard for us. We highly recommend him."

"Our story begins in 2013 when David Kain of Sunboss contracted to do a renovation of our property in Dana Point consisting of a two story exterior deck & patio adding 25% outdoor living space. This project was completed on time and at budget with excellent results. In 2024 we decided to add motorized screens to our downstairs patio as a recreation room. Although we had competing bids, Suboss was our first choice for this project due to their past performance and competitive pricing. It turned out even better than we anticipated. They have great people and attention to details. You will not find a more professional company to work with than Sunboss Rooms and Bath."
