Once the piping repairs were done by our gas fitter, Hector and Co. returned and reassembled a jigsaw of 18 pieces of concrete, some weighing in excess of 200 pounds I would reckon, which they leveled and aligned with such a superior degree of accuracy and precision typically associated with the legendary craftsmanship of the Mayans or Egyptians of antiquity. He kept us updated throughout the project in coordinating material delivery, the workload, permits and invoices. David Shelby, Sun Boss installer, was absolutely a true professional and very skilled in the construction of our custom project. He cleaned up at the end of each day (seven days total). David was very meticulous making sure every detail was done correctly. He would always stop to answer any concerns we had during the installation. There were a few minor issues that had to be corrected, however Sun Boss and David Shelby did not hesitate to come back and make it right. We measure a good company not only by a quality product, but also by how well they respond to issues or concerns. Sun Boss definitely provided both with excellent customer service. We are really enjoying our patio now. And, with the positive experience we had, can highly recommend Sun Boss."
