"We contacted them for remodel of 2 of our bathrooms. Excellent work by the project manager and his team on our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel. He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. "My wife and I initiated quite a few change orders - 13 I think in the final plan, which we made after throwing jout the first one, right after getting city approval. We put the whole project on hold for about 4 mos. when COVID hit, and during that time we came up with a completely new floor plan. I was pleasantly surprised that most of the changes, the big one from â plan 1â to â plan 2â , and then the 13 or so minor to changes to â plan 2â , resulted in little or no increase in the cost. Kent always returned calls & texts right away, showed up onsite when he said he would, and fully supported us in making the changes we wanted - he fully explained the options whenever we were trying to decide on details. Weâ ve heard two horror stories from neighbors who were remodeling or rebuilding in this same timeframe, but we have only good things to say about Kent.
