Small jobs welcome

"I work at a law office and contacted Mr. Fleener to do date of death appraisals on 3 properties owned by our (elderly) client after her husband died. I asked Mr. Fleener to make arrangements with our client's niece to view the properties. He is very responsive, punctual and professional, and our client and her niece are very pleased with his work. His turnaround time for producing the final written appraisals was very quick. I will definitely refer him in the future to other clients (and, to anyone else, for that matter!) who require an appraisal."

"Jeff Kabatznick was a real pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the appraisal process, and is very enthusiastic about his work. He is extremely thorough and meticulous, and strives to do the the best work possible. By the end of the project, he knew more about my house, neighborhood, and market conditions than almost anyone else I could imagine. He is easily available to answer any questions or address any concerns, and is extremely conscientious about his work. Furthermore, he is just a really nice and friendly guy. I would recommend him strongly for any appraisal work."

Customers say: Quick response

"Peter's appraisal was professional and timely, and his efforts are greatly appreciated. I am attempting to sponsor 5 Ukrainian friends to come to the US under the Uniting for Ukraine program. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requries a recent official appraisal from a licensed appraiser to be able to validate an asset like my rental property in San Mateo County. Peter was extremely efficient, helpful, and produced a professional product on short notice."

"Our house remodeling required three separate visits from Blaylock Movers. On this third time, Tim and his son-in-law arrived on time, as usual. They proceeded to move the boxes and furniture with care as to not damage the newly installed carpet and newly painted walls. Care was also taken to shield one piece of furniture from the rain as it was transported. It was first class. If I had more moving to do, I would not hesitate to contact Blaylock Movers again."

Real Estate Agents questions, answered by experts

Depending on where you live and the demand for pools and spools, a spool may increase your property value and make your home more appealing to potential buyers. It’s worth looking at installation, maintenance, insurance, and safety costs to see if the increase in value is worth the cost of installing a spool.

If installing board and batten fixes an issue with the home, it could increase the value, but it isn’t commonly installed for that purpose. Board and batten is an aesthetic choice and, like most aesthetic choices, will do little to raise your home’s value. That being said, certain design elements can help attract more buyers, even if your home’s price won’t see a noticeable bump.

Options include traditional mortgages, construction loans, and personal loans. Consult lenders specializing in modular home financing.

Your home insurance company may allow you to use an appraisal instead of an inspection when you apply for coverage. Keep in mind that despite this, an appraisal is far less detailed than the different types of home inspections available and may not reveal potential risks that you’ll want to know about.

An Arizona room may or may not count toward your home’s square footage, depending on local regulations and the specifics of the room, but generally does not get included in the total square footage. In many locations, a room needs to be built to the same quality as the rest of the home, have an integrated heating/cooling system, and be habitable year-round to count toward square footage.
