You said it would be $250. I sent you a text, July 2, requesting a $100 charge for the Zone 8 valve, and you would not need to install the Rain Sensor. We spoke on the phone today July 3, in the am regarding some leaks and you said, $150 would be fine for Zone 8. You installed Zone 8, added 2 more sprinkler tops/units for $15 each and a receipt for $38.86. We sent a Zelle today (July 3) for $1,368.86. That would have been the remaining $1,1150, $30 for 2 additional sprinkler tops/units, $150 install for Zone 8 and the $38.86 receipt. The 2 sprinkler head/units, we did discuss today, are incorrect, because they water the wall and you would replace those. If I missed something, please let me know. It's important to me, to make sure you have been paid correctly. I would still like to hire you to add a shut off for the top 4 valves and add additional drip system, to make sure all the plants are being watered."

"The Harrison brothers are great. First they installed the venting in the attic and then once the new kitchen cabinets were in place, they installed the new over stove fan. The only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness is that there was one time when I had to call twice before getting a call back. The "B" on quality is because the taping where the pipe meets the cabinet could have been neater, but in reality it's in an upper cabinet so you don't even see it. The communication, scheduling and work went smoothly and we are satisfied.

Joe, scraped, sanded where needed, primed and painted.  He also matched the paint and fixed a railing for me while he was here.  The end result is perfect as you cannot tell that the trim is any different from the rest of  the house.

"I had called Mr Pavers as a result of seeing an add and in desperation of wanting to get a bid that I could do all of the work I wanted at one time. I had already received 3 bids and had come to the conclusion I would probably not be able to afford everything I wanted. Glayston came by and was able to offer a price which I could work with which was about 25% less than everyone else. Not only that, but he was very professional showing me pictures of past jobs, references, and spending at least an hour discussing the job and options to keep the cost down. I felt very confident I would hire them after the visit, but there was little I could find about Mr. Pavers online, so I talked to and visited at least 5 of his past clients. The work was very good and they all had good things to say about them.  I'm not the type to take a leap of faith like this on such an expensive job, but I'm glad I did. They came in when they said and worked on a Saturday when they realized that the job was going to take a couple of days longer than anticipated. We ran into a little problem with the grade from the back of the house not being enough to move the water through the tubes under the pavers to the front of the house, so they quickly contacted a plumber/electrician and worked out a system where the water is pumped to the front. The grade I gave for quality is really a B+, there are just a few things that I have noticed but that's because I look at it every day - And still like it as much as the first day it was installed. Great guys and I would definitely use them again."
