He was knowledgeable about my local soil conditions- pH under redwood tree and necessary soil amendments and suggested the best sod for local conditions. He was able to come and install it in two days and did a very meticulous job. He adjusted the sprinklers. Reasonable price. It helped that I had drawn a design for him to follow.
