It all started with a single employee back in 1992. There was just the owner, Josh Broughton, a truck, and a simple fumigation system. Back then only cockroach extermination services were available. But as the years added on, other forms of insects were added onto the roster. Next was termites, as that usually merits fast response from homeowners. Nowadays Father and Son Pest Control can take on any problem no matter what the species.

We provide general pest control, General rodent services such as trapping, baiting and minor exclusion. We specialize in bed bug services including K-9 and heat treatments. For more expensive rodent exclusion we subcontract to another local company that specializes in the field. We are currently running a special to get started for just $39. We take all credit cards, cash, and checks

"The bait box solution did the trick and reduced the rat population in our back yard very quickly. However, the issue is with the technician, who happens to be the owner. I was home during his most recent service visit. After he completed the bait box maintenance, I heard water running in my front yard. I opened my front door only to discover him using my water hose (connected to my house) to fill three VERY large plastic containers. When I asked what he was doing, he stated he was filling the containers so he could mix chemicals for use on his other service appointments that day! And he continued to fill all three containers while I stood there watching! He also said that he lived very close by...(so why didn't he fill the containers at HIS house?) Did he at any time ask permission to use our water? No. We are on a city water system and have to pay for water based on usage. I canceled our service the same day."

"Worst customer service I have seen from a company. Good service at seeing you up but even getting someone out for our first service took a month and countless calls. Just had our follow up service took several weeks and calls to the call center to schedule with no response. Only got someone out by texting the rep that came out last service. Then on the follow up spray the only sprayed 1/4 of the committed area and haven’t been able to get someone to come back out. The call center appears to not communicate to the service department and only takes the call to move on to the next call. They commit to schedules to get up of the phone resulting in another call days later after a no show."
