Terminix - Sacramento -Termite & Pest Control

I know he came a ways (for our service), but we were in his area. I believe it was $100 for every other month. They did not manage to get rid of the wasp problem that we had. They are pretty easy to work with. Their quality was pretty good; what they did was good. I don't know about their responsiveness because we never really called them other than their normal times. Their punctuality was fine; when they said they were going to be here, they were here.

We used this company monthly for more than 20 years with great results and local contact. Terminix recently uncoupled the customer from the local branch and now take calls, adjust schedules, assign service people etc. remotely. It doesn't work. People I now talk to there (after recorded messages and waits) don't even know where my address is.

 I require service at the same day/time every month. That used to be no problem for them. The new system is not reliable. They have changed schedules and technicians at their whim, sometimes without notifying me. People I talk to about this are not responsive. I forced them to give me the phone umber of my branch, hoping I could get this under control, On dialing that number, it just rotates back to the remote location. That might be in the Memphis home office for all I know.

Sadly, after all these years, they forced me to give up on them.
