"Eddie and the Clean Slate team were great to work with. The communication was prompt and clear. We really liked getting the reminder text the day before. The showed up on time and made quick work of the patio cover demolition and the clean-up was very good. Eddie was very professional and friendly. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Jeff's crew did an amazing job. The communication and work coordination was professional and outstanding. The crews showed up on time, were very talented and meticulous. At the end of very day the job site was clean and secure. The project was completed on time and to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would use Patios by B&B again."

"If it can't be done, I can do it!" That has been my motto, and my favorite thing about being in the plumbing and piping industry for over 20 years; troubleshooting and figuring out how to get difficult jobs done. Every job has unexpected issues that occur, and you want someone who has not just seen it all, but knows how to fix it!

"Very professional team. Lawrence the plumber was very respectful and knowledgeable: put slippers over his shoes, explained procedures thoroughly to me, and even cleaned up my tub after unclogging my drain. Wow! He also replaced 2 shut off valves under my sink that were frozen or leaking. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pricing is higher than I expected and I think the pricing should have been discussed before any service was started. The pricing for the valves were discussed but only after my drain was already cleared. So I was already stuck with a service charge I thought was too expensive. It's always best to take the initiative and ask first before anyone is sent out. However, this company will get the job done right. The approximate cost includes the cost of the Angie's List deal."

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

To ensure a smooth land surveying process in Orange County, consult your surveyor early to discuss project goals and gather all relevant documents. Schedule work during dry weather for easier site access, and clear vegetation along property lines. Arrange for utility markings in advance, and notify neighbors if their cooperation is needed. Review survey results carefully and allow extra time for complex or unique site conditions.

Helpful?

When hiring a land surveying professional in Orange County, prioritize experience with local zoning and property types. Look for surveyors who use advanced technology and provide comprehensive, easy-to-understand reports. Check client reviews and confirm they handle specialized surveys, such as construction staking or flood zone assessments. Clear communication, timely project completion, and transparent estimates are essential for a positive experience.

Helpful?

In Orange County, homeowners frequently request boundary surveys for new fences, topographic surveys for hillside construction, and elevation certificates in flood-prone neighborhoods. There’s growing interest in lot split surveys for property subdivision, as well as layout surveys for pools and ADUs. Accurate mapping and digital survey reports are also trending, helping homeowners plan outdoor living upgrades and comply with local zoning.

Helpful?

Your Orange County home is a good candidate for land surveying if you’re planning property improvements, need to resolve unclear property lines, or want to confirm legal boundaries. Homes with sloped lots, proximity to water, or older deeds often benefit from updated surveys. If you’re considering a new fence, building an ADU, or suspect encroachments, a survey can clarify setbacks and easements.

Helpful?

Before starting land surveying in Orange County, gather property records, including your deed and any prior surveys. Review HOA guidelines and check for known easements or restrictions. Schedule utility marking to avoid disruptions, and clear any overgrown areas near boundary lines. Communicate with neighbors if access is needed, and confirm all requirements with local development services to ensure a smooth process.
