"My house is nearly 6000 sq ft. so I always get several estimates before making a decision. Again, I called several companies and Eran was the most thorough in his assessment of what I needed. He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. I must say I never in 100 years expected my white countertops to be 100% white again! The floors were beautiful, like new. A few tiny stains you could hardly see were there, that is all! Not bad for white marble that was 20 years old! My downstairs entry marble was shiny as new as waas the travertine. The grout looked as clean as the day it was put in! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard. I will definitely be calling them again!"

Edwin is professional, helpful, patient(he must be a saint!), and not at all brash. |We have purchased flooring from Felikian's over a 18+ year period for two homes. This past year we have had them install flooring in our kitchen/dining/service porch area and bathrooms. |Currently we are in meetings with Edwin and one of his crew supervisors for tiling our main bath which will include the counter top, backsplash, and tub/shower surround. "Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"I called Diamond Cleaning Services a few days ago after realizing that I could no longer keep up with cleaning our townhouse (I have a husband, 2 kids, and a dog). Florencia asked if she could come by to look at the house and provide an estimate, and she came a few hours later. She was very nice and it was easy to communicate my needs with her (I let her know how important clean floors were to me, especially since I have a 10-month old baby that likes to crawl/walk everywhere). After looking over the house (which was more dusty than anything else), she said it would be $200 for the first visit and $130 to maintain every couple of weeks. I was pleased with the $200 and looked forward to her first visit, which happened to be this morning. Based on this visit, I would find out if I wanted to continue on with her services. She arrived just a few minutes after 9am, which was great. A few minutes is definitely not a big deal. And she arrived with 3 more cleaners! I was pretty surprised and excited because I knew that together they would get the job done quickly and efficiently. They all greeted me and were friendly. I had them start working at the very top level (3rd level), which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one huge master bathroom, and one full regular bathroom). We stayed downstairs. Then, after about an hour and a half, they came to the 2nd level where we have 2 small living rooms, a dining room, kitchen, and half-bathroom. We went upstairs when they came downstairs (that way we were out of their way). Then after an hour, they had finished that plus the 1st level which just has a small laundry room area. When we went upstairs to get out of their way I was in AWE looking at the bedrooms and bathrooms. I have never seen them so clean! Wherever dust used to be, it was all wiped clean and all the furniture was shiny. They made our bed and made everything that was messy, neat. Like, my husband has this corner that I allow him to toss his clothes in and other miscellaneous things, but mainly clothes, and they organized it all! They finished in about 2 hours and 45 minutes. They worked so vigorously and efficiently. I am so glad she brought a team of 4! It just makes sense when you have a lot of work to do in a 3-level townhouse. I really appreciated that. And I really appreciate all of their hard work today. Throughout the rest of the day, I found myself looking at parts of the house that used to be so gross with dust and dog hair or residue of some kind, and they were ALL wiped clean. Even now I still look over at things and go WOW, they cleaned that too! I am very much looking forward to having Florencia come on a regular basis. I read one review that their quality of cleaning becomes not-so-great over time, but I know that everyone has their own opinion and their own experiences, so I will just have to be the judge of that. I am hoping of course that Diamond Cleaning Services remains consistent with their quality of cleaning. PS - I must add that I am extremely pleased with how clean the floors are (I have all hardwood flooring and some tiles). I walk around barefoot at home and my feet can usually feel any dirt on the floor. But when I walked on it when they were done, my feet reported back to me that it was super clean! "We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. We look forward to working with them again on our next project!"

In regards to the workers, they also did a WONDERFUL & BEAUTIFUL job!!! They ALWAYS arrived on time to the house & earned our trust on the tile work, hardwood floors & counter tops! Eli even helped us arrange the house before and after the remodeling was completed because we couldn’t do it ourselves. Yes, the price for the work was a little more than the other quotes we got, but it is fully worth it!!!! They treat us like a family. We would recommend then to everyone who needs renovations!"
