The pumper attempted to do a clean out and noticed the water not moving well so he recommended I hire a Plumber. I hired a plumber to water jet and camera the line to determine that the line had collapsed. In hindsight, I wish I would’ve found Naylor at this stage as I was overcharged by the company I hired. I made several phone calls and found Naylor plumbing to be the most informative, fair priced, and the quality of work was great. They got in and did the excavating, repaired the collapsed line, excavated the two risers, replaced them with 24 inch risers, all within one day. I will be hiring them again for my plumbing needs."
