I hired a plumber to water jet and camera the line to determine that the line had collapsed. In hindsight, I wish I would’ve found Naylor at this stage as I was overcharged by the company I hired. "I booked the appointment two weeks out, and without having to confirm the appointment, Rich showed up early, was very friendly, and got right to work.  He installed the gas log set in our fireplace very quickly, and even painted some of the exposed brass fittings black so they wouldn't stand out or distract from the logs.  He was very helpful with questions we had, and offered some free solutions to update the look of our fireplace doors (why the builder chose to install fireplace doors with tacky gold trim I will never know).  He told us to have the lines inspected every 5 years or so, just to make sure there were no leaks.
