Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Mr. Sutherland and his employee provided excellent service! Starting with his extremely professional, yet affable phone manner when I made my initial inquiry; Mr. Sutherland took the time to explain the cleaning process he uses and answered all my questions about the product composition. We scheduled a time two days in advance. On the morning of our appointment, he called me ahead of time to let me know their previous job was taking a bit longer and worked with me arrive a later time thus allowing minimal disruption to my own agenda. He kept in constant contact alerting me to his progress and ETA. Upon his arrival, I showed him the areas to be cleaned and he and his employee got started right away. They were done within one hour and my carpets look great! They thoughtfully laid a path of heavy-duty paper for us to walk on until carpet dried, as well. He also had great suggestions for keeping the carpet as clean as possible with kids and a dog. We will definitely be hiring Mr. Sutherland in the future!"
