TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. Matt was professional and so nice. We have a small yard that was recently disrupted by installing a pool, and that apparently welcomed our first gopher which destroyed part of the lawn. All gone. We tried some "home remedies" that didn't work before calling these guys, and I wish we would have called them sooner!"
