"We had a variety of pests at our Orange County property. The pests were entering from multiple openings in and around our condo attic. Some had even entered into our living area. TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation.
