It took a few months to get them out to walk the job and schedule, but I was told that when I called (I think Covid home improvement demand kept them busier than normal). Mark showed up as scheduled, made some good recommendations on his proposal. It was a big job and I was told it might take 1 1/2 days, but they completed the entire job in one day and left the yard spotless. The crew was hard working, polite and efficient. I will definitely use them again!"

Our gate was really two 11 foot gates that came together to close our yard. Both of them were rusted and ugly. I would have to use my body weight as a counter balance to open them, Ugh! We requested quotes from many "gate guys". We were told it was too custom, or we would need to redo the whole drive way, or just no thank you. Prime Access Control response was very positive. They told us exactly what needed to be done. The time line we were given was 2-3 weeks to fabricate and one day for install. The gates were done in 1.5 week and installed in half a day. Everything was done exactly as we were told. Now we can open the gates with 1 hand easily. The price was close to what I expected, since they seemed custom. Now I just need to keep the dog from peeing on our new fence. On a personal note, everyone I met from Prime was so nice. Big recommendations from us!"
