We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. While installing the new gate, the workers got spray paint on the house (pic). Awkward transition from the gate to the connecting fence. The problem was fixed, see the before and after pic.
