I visited their office in person and booked a consult, explaining that we needed to move quickly due to a safety issue—especially with kids in the home. I was upfront about the urgency, and initially, things looked promising. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because John did come out a few days later to inspect the property and assured me I’d have a quote by the end of the week. That quote never arrived. I called every other day for an update and got no response. Eventually, the receptionist said John told her he had sent the quote—but I never received anything. I even confirmed my email address again, and still, no follow-up, no voicemail, no communication at all. In the week and a half I spent waiting, four other companies came out, provided quotes, and one has already received a deposit and is moving forward with the project. I never heard back from this company. It’s disappointing—especially after taking the time to visit their office and explain the urgency. It honestly felt like our project just wasn’t worth their time.

The service was very satisfactory, they did not clean up after the work, we did the clean up after them. Their pricing was competitive.

After speaking with a few contractor friends, each of them recommended this company. I waited a week for an estimate. Twenty minutes after the scheduled appointment, I called the office and they said my appointment was cancelled, but they will send an estimator within an hour. The estimator showed up and we reviewed the work needed. He took measurements and said he would email me in about two days. I never received the estimate. I called a week after the initial estimate and spoke with him. He said he was 'very busy' and will send the estimate by the end of the day. Nothing received. I called the next day and sent him a text message. No response to either. I don't know what the issue is and was looking forward to working with them since they were highly recommended.

We had a fence that was falling over, it was a wooden fence and they put up a vynil fence and it's standing up. It went well. Their price is good.

Very well. Steve was good on working out the details, pricing, and measuring. Also came by to check the installation before the crew left. The driveway gate was a little complicated because it included a 5' section of fence next to the gate, and the gate post had to be set in concrete. The two man crew arrived just a little later than scheduled, but worked efficiently. We're very happy with the final result.

my purchase with this company ran very smoothly from beginning to end!! met with PAULl, person who quoted price for fence. he is an excellent rep for the company addressed all my needs! 75 ft MOCHA COLOR FENCE was put in yesterday...wow transforms the whole property!! HARRY & SAM came over to install and boy they had their work cut out for them...because there was a tree trunk that was pushing fence back a little and gap had to be covered at an angle... and the ground under fence had cement that was irregular! they did a great job...and this was not an easy installation...took the whole day! nice guys ... and worked with me as to how much space i wanted underneath fence. all in all ....excellent! very happy with results!

It went amazing.  They were very professional and very neat.  I realize I am writing about 5 1/2 yrs after but I recently had
to call them back as someone sat on one of the rails and it broke.  The salesman, Jack Kbjian was very understanding
and was able to order a new rail and one of his men installed it for me.  I am very, very pleased with their service.

Jack was my sales person and was very professional and timely with his communications to me. He even made a second visit to my home to made sure I fully understand the scope of the project. On the day of my installation he  stopped by to ensure the installation team understood exactly what was needed. The two gentlemen that installed the new gate did an awesome job and were good with their communications and were professional. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up..

The entire experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish.   Edmond came to give us an estimate punctually as scheduled.  He was very knowledgeable and   gave invaluable advice in helping up choose  which  gates would best suit  our needs, .  Since one of the gates  had broken the day before and the house and pool not properly protected, he managed to expedite the order and when aninstallation  opening become available for the next day, he scheduled that time slot.   The crew ,headed by Harry,  arrived on  time and worked efficiently and neatly and Edmond came by to check on it.  We are very happy with the results.  We would highly recommend this company and the staff that worked with us with special thanks to Edmond.

I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs vinyl fence or gate I had a good experience with this company from day one when the sales gentleman Paul came to my house to the end when two other gentleman installed the fence and gates very professional I really care about how individuals talk to me and treat me .

This is the second fence that this company installed for me.  They arrived on time, and finished just as I got home from work.  The fence looks great and is exceptionally sturdy.  The concrete footings were done perfectly in our sandy soil.  The only problem was that when I came home I asked the installers if they were done so I could let my dogs out into the yard because they had been in the house all day.  They told me everything was fine so I let the dogs out,  They checked out the new fence and a couple of minutes later I realized that they weren't in the house or the yard.  I went out front and saw that the installers had left the gate open.  I can't see this gate from the backyard.  I drove around the block looking for them and when I got home a couple of minutes later I found that one of my dogs had been hit by a car.  Thank goodness he wasn't hurt too badly, but it was a very close call.  I rushed him to the vet and there were some serious abrasions, but nothing was broken.  I called my contact at the company, Jack, and told him what happened.  We discussed this a few times because I felt it was the fault of the installers.  The company agreed to pay half of my vet bill.  I did not accept that because they assured me that the yard was okay for my dogs before I let them out.. Eventually Jack got back to me and agreed to give up his commission to reimburse me for the vet bill, and a little extra to cover my bill.  Jack was always helpful and always returned my calls, etc. He truly cared about me and my dogs.  This is why I used this company for the second time.  Thank you Jack.

They were very punctual and professional.  Answered all my questions and provided sample materials as well as brochures.  They seem to use high quality products.  Got back to me with an estimate 2 days after the site visit.  
They wanted $5,400 for 46 linear feet and a 10 foot double swing gate.  Price was a bit expensive and we opted not to go with vinyl, but i would consider using them if i needed a vinyl fence.
