Frankly I don't remember the exact date or price but it started with a plugged drain that if I agreed before they started to clear it would be one price and if it turned out to be a big drain in the pipe under the house it would be another price, but if I prepaid a cheaper price up front even if it was just the pipe in my house it would cost me much less if I needed the whole thing done, but that price was twice the price of just unclogging my plugged drain in my sink. I had used them before and like them but this ruse was ridiculous, and I have never used them again.

"Raul was reliable and knowledgeable. Came out when said he would for an estimate. Came next day to do the work. Problem was misdiagnosed however. Had to come back following day with chain saw to cut down tree and dig up ground to repair broken pipe. Performed work fine. Only took about half the time expected. Cost was a little high (almost twice amount of original estimate because of different problem. Work performed was fine, but cost seems high."
