went very well- plugged drain- cleaned them out and recommended a six month schedule with anyone just to keep our drain open.
We have 4 clean-outs because our property has a lot of trees between and the street. Maybe a little pricey- but you get what you pay for sometimes. And he smelled good.

Great customer service on the phone. Said they could help and within 2 hours they arrived. When technician saw the problem he called an associate for help, he came within 15 minutes and they went to work..! This is a very professional and well run company. Ken was very professional..he diagnosed the problem as either a drain problem or a problem with my Bosch dishwasher....He pulled out the dishwaser, and he found that the hosing was all kinked. He advised me to spray clorox to get rid of the mold, and showed me that the wiring was all rusted. He also checked the toilets . Would definitely use them again!

They were professional and honest, and when the underground leak was spotted they avised me would be very expensive for them to continue with them, and advised me to use my gardener for the rest of the work , as it was digging, and their hourly rate was higher. I really appreciated that, and probably saved several hundred $$s.

I had a clogged utility sink. I called and they sent a technician within an hour. David was really nice and did the job quickly and throughly. My only issue was $135 for a quick simple snake job (less than 15 minutes). Seemed it cold have been done for the $95 level. Needed to get it done and am happy with the results.

All of the above work was done for only $128 !! What a good deal. You can be sure that most of the other "franchise" plumbing companies would charge up to $300+ for this work. I will definitely use Drain Rooter for all my future plumbing needs.

We called at 8:30 a.m. and Victor arrived within an hour. This is the second time we have used this company and we have received exemplary service both times. They have done the work both times without trying to sell us a complete drain replacement as other companies have done. Victor was both friendly and professional and did a thorough job cleaning the main drain from our cleanout located at the front of our house. Roots in the drain have been a perennial problem for us and we will definitely call this company next time.

The house drain plumbing backed up solid on a Sunday. I called Drain Rooter and Alfred Treviso was here within 30 minutes. He was pleasant to work with and seemed to be very competent. He pulled out a large wad of roots and then went back through all the way to the street line to be sure it was clear. We will definitely call this company first if the drain line blocks up again.
