"We hired Brian initially to replace a blown capacitor, while he was here we asked if there was anything that could be done to improve air flow through the upstairs vent system. We had hired 2 other AC contractors previously for other repairs and had asked them the same question and they never showed any interest in checking the problem out, but not Brian. Brian checked the system out and determined the original install was less than perfect and made a recommendation for repair. He and his employee Angel returned within a couple of days and made a vast improvement to our airflow situation. He actually removed 25 feet of excess ductwork that was contributing to the problem. "The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!
