    Jacob and his team at 4 Season Remodeling & design worked on two projects in my house. Both were relatively complicated. The first was fixing a gap between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room, which resulted in building out new walls, floors, and ceilings in a difficult to reach area, and ensuring the insulation was soundproof. The second was making a little den beneath the stairs that was finished. His team could complete both tasks in just a week for each project, for an incredibly reasonable price, and with utmost professionalism. To give you a sense of things. After every day’s job, they made sure they left the place clean and tidy to not disturb my daily routine. All the construction work was made to match the surrounding home decor - for instance, they used paint that matched the paint in the rest of the house, and wood that matched the hardwood flooring. They also fixed things that weren’t part of their work and with no charge, such as holes and stains on the wall. I’ve shown the completed work to friends, and they’ve commented on how amazing everything looks and how they would have expected the work to have costed twice the amount I paid. I plan to use Jacob and his team again for any future project. I can’t recommend them anymore than that

    What started out as a major overhaul of a 20+year old wooden deck turned into a complete rebuild when rotting post timber’s were discovered. Mike’s team, led by Robert were real pros and worked with us every step of the way to ensure a safe, solid, great looking end product. They used high quality materials and hardware, were prompt and courteous, cleaned up the site daily, and the workmanship was solid. Pricing was fair, even when the additional structural work needed to be done. Mike advised us to purchase the steel spiral staircase we wanted directly from the fabricator in order to save money. And Robert worked closely with them to ensure proper prep and fit for the install of it. We also had a few adjustments to how the cable railing needed to look. They worked through that with us as well. Overall, we are very happy with the results...Trex deck, stainless steel cable/painted redwood railings, thorough paint/caulk job, and a really sharp looking redwood privacy wall at one end! I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who wants straight talking professionals for their projects

    Chris Luce has fumigated two of my properties, and I have been very pleased with the job both times. This last job was a particular challenge, since my tenants were not eager to do the preparations for the tenting, and were somewhat uncooperative. Michelle in the office showed flexibility in re-scheduling and was very patient in getting all the paperwork and compliance issues handled in time for the tenting to be completed as scheduled.     We needed soft landscaping and irrigation realignment of the entire front yard that had been devastated by drought. There was no hardscape needed and we were having trouble finding someone who would do a job less than 100,000 sq ft or $1 Million dollars! Daniel called the same day we submitted a request, we met with him the next week and he submitted his proposal and estimate later that same week. He provided references and addresses of homes nearby that he had completed with a similar theme that we were looking for. He listened to the few specifics that we required and provided innumerable suggestions to bring it all together. I’m sure it wasn’t his preference but he willingly made adjustments to the original contract as things came to light during the work. It was a small job compared to others he described he was currently working on and he was able to finish it in the 4 days he promised. He and his crew came every day ready to work in the 100 degree heat. They were polite, personable, professional and left the job site clean every day. They willingly answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!). He drove by or stopped every few weeks after he was finished to see if the plants were “taking” and replaced the few that did not survive the heat. He also tweeked the irrigation throughout the next month to insure everything was getting the water it needed. He also suggested and installed a Smart irrigation control that my husband loves. His was not the least expensive estimate that we secured, but his attention to detail, his knowledge, experience, suggestions and willingness to stay connected sold us on him and his company. He accomplished what we wanted and needed by listening and working with us on his suggestions, not just dictating what he thought we should have. We would hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him. We cannot say thank you enough for all he did
