Marquis Associates was very accomodating as we added a few items to the project. This was a big project that lasted a few months. I was surprised at how clean and organized the worksite was even thru demolition. Sylvain juggled holidays and rain to keep the project going and worked with the city with inspections and approvals. The project is now complete and within budget. I am thrilled with the work of Marquis Associates and Sylvain. Sylvain will be first person I contact for any future interior or exterior projects."

"Tom came out and quoted the project, and promptly came back in less than a week to complete the job. His knowledge about construction and standards were just what I needed. My hot water heater door was an exterior door that required venting, and Tom made a return trip to install the grate, and wouldn’t charge me, even though I felt it wasn’t fair to Tom. I will use Tom for any future projects."
