"Nick C. helped this Disabled Veteran out with a severely clogged main septic drain, going above and beyond because he also cleared out slow flowing faucets, the shower and kitchen sink as well as cleared out toilet tank water line which was also clogged. He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."

I paid for the floors, nothing done. Doug promised to return money and after 2 months of stalls and lies, I am suing them. "The team came out twice and did not fix our clog, but insisted on payment even though their promissed ?sure fix? to hydrogen did not work . They insisted on payment and kept adding additional fees that were not announced in the quote.. They threatened to file a lien against our house if we didn?t pay. Meanwhile they didn?t fix the issue but are asking to get paid. Very shady business tactics and we feel very much scammed by them ."
