They replaced cracked tiles, and replaced the underlayment on leaking area with good rubberized material. Reset a lot of tiles that just moved from the wind. Sealed around all vent pipes. They done more than I expected.

Excellent and well documented estimate, prompt communication, arrived to do the work when scheduled and completed it in a timely manner. Documented the repairs that were done. 3 year guarantee. Looked over the entire roof for other issues and fixed other broken tiles.

This company was great. They got back to us right away for an estimate and a start date. We had to postpone a week due to rain but Richard contacted us in a timely manner to let us know when the new start date would be. The crew came on time, were very nice, did the work quickly and professionally and cleaned everything up. Richard came by every day to check on it all. We are very pleased with our new roof, patio cover and the whole process.

Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails,all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite,cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled.

Richard came out, found there were several gaps in the roof, and he repaired them quickly and cleanly. He also suggested that due to the high temperatures and strong winds in our area that we have a yearly checkup every fall before the rainy season.

Was very responsive and willing to work with me on the date.  Came out and gave an estimate.  Was clear and concise about what they would and would not be doing for us.  Workers showed up promptly as scheduled, did the work, then cleaned up the job site.
